Eight core team members, three advisors with skin in the game. We build intelligent systems, data architectures and software — for the European mid-market, from Frankfurt am Main, EU-only.

Manifesto

What we deliver, we write ourselves.

We only recommend what we would operate ourselves. Every proposal includes measurable impact indicators. If an idea doesn't prove its value in the discovery phase, we say so clearly — before the budget flows.

Our home is regulated industries, audit-relevant use cases and programs that must prove their contribution to business decisions. There we deliver calculable results instead of open roadmaps.

Every slide deck from us includes the architecture behind it. Every architecture is documented so that your team can continue it after us. After go-live we stay on-call for six months — knowledge transfer is part of the delivery, not an extra.

Clarity

Understand, then build

We write the blueprint before we implement it. Even if that delays the start by four weeks. Four weeks of clarity cost less than four months of refactoring.

Determinism

Rules before models

What can be solved deterministically, we solve deterministically. ML comes only when rules are no longer sufficient — not because ML is on the roadmap.

Audit-Readiness

Documented from day one

Every decision, every model snapshot, every code path is traceable. Even in two years. Documentation is created in parallel with the build, not in the final sprint before the audit.

    Creativate Technologies founded

    Founded in Munich, studio setup in Frankfurt am Main. Vision: auditable decision intelligence for the European mid-market — built in the EU, operated in the EU.

  2. 2024Wachstum

    Bootstrapping & first mandates

    Started without external capital. First consulting mandates and closed betas with pilot partners in DACH validate the need for explainable decision AI in regulated industries.

  3. Q4 2024Finanzen

    Angel financing & R&D start

    First funding round closed with selected angel investors. Start of multi-year research on the Decision Engine that will power our platform.

  4. Q1 2025Produkt

    V1 live: AI Studio + AI Playbook EU

    Two brands go live: creativate.tech as AI studio for strategy and engineering, ai-playbook.eu as knowledge platform with expert articles and readiness check. First paying mandates, first reach.

  5. 2025Team

    Team & advisory board expanded

    Core team expanded with functions for Finance, Legal/GDPR and Operations. Senior advisors with skin in the game gained in CTO/Engineering, Commercials and EU market expansion.

  6. 2025Wachstum

    First regulated mandates

    Programs in Insurance, Banking and Public Sector — including support along the EU AI Act and external audits. Insights from mandates flow directly into the product roadmap.

  7. Q3–Q4 2025Forschung

    Decision Engine reaches product maturity

    More than one and a half years of research crystallize into an auditable, explainable Decision Engine. The architecture combines formal logic with multivariate forecasting — fully operated in the EU.

  8. Q1 2026Produkt

    V2: Portfolio relaunch

    Complete rebuild of the product portfolio in a consistent design system: Studio, Playbook and a new partner & investor dashboard. Multilingual (DE/EN/FR), one UX across all touchpoints.

  9. Mar 2026Produkt

    Platform go-live — Open Beta

    Our Decision Intelligence Platform enters Open Beta. Scenario modeling, explainable forecasts, complete audit trails. Credit-based pricing for a low entry threshold.

  10. Apr 2026WachstumJetzt

    Enterprise rollout begins

    First enterprise customers in scoping, pilot projects starting. Partners and resellers in DACH and France activated. Open Beta collects structured feedback for General Availability.

  11. Q2–Q3 2026FinanzenJetzt

    Seed round & team expansion

    Seed financing based on live product, enterprise traction and validated technology. Targeted team growth in Engineering and Go-to-Market — focus on sustainable growth, not hyperscale.

  12. Q3–Q4 2026Wachstum

    France & further EU markets

    Expansion into France and neighboring EU markets. Multilingual product already built, local advisors on board. Expansion of partner and reseller network.

  13. Q1 2027Wachstum

    General Availability & Run-Rate

    Transition from Open Beta to General Availability. Goal: stable, growing run-rate from enterprise subscriptions and studio mandates — healthily funded, team aligned for the next growth phase.
