Every mandate begins with a question: which decision should this system improve? Then we work backwards — data architecture, pipeline, model, interface. In that order.
When the first 80% of the volume can be solved deterministically, we solve it deterministically. ML comes only when rules are no longer sufficient. That's more boring, faster, and survives any audit.
We don't build in someone else's platform if the platform ties you in longer than the problem lasts. We build what you can operate yourself after we're done.
