2–3 days: walkthrough with your team, architecture review, migration plan. With Q&A and adjustments.

Jedes Mandat wird auf Scope, Reifegrad und Zeithorizont individuell kalkuliert. Wir arbeiten projektbasiert mit Festpreis, tagesbasiert mit transparenten Tagessätzen (Junior bis Senior) oder als Retainer-Modell.

Festpreis pro Phase mit definierter Definition of Done. Bevorzugt für klar abgegrenzte Scopes.
- Tagesbasiert
Tagessätze gestaffelt nach Senioritätslevel — Junior, Mid, Senior, Principal. Transparente Abrechnung.
- Retainer
Fester Stundenkontingent pro Monat. Sinnvoll für Operate-Phasen oder Fractional-Lead-Mandate.
