Backend engineering at Creativate starts with the domain: which entities exist, how they change, who decides what. The stack comes after. Default is FastAPI (Python) for ML-adjacent workloads, Node/TypeScript for I/O-intensive services, PostgreSQL as the source of truth.
REST or GraphQL API with OpenAPI spec — no reverse-engineering needed, every route documented.
PostgreSQL data model with migrations (Alembic or Prisma) — schema as code, audit-ready.
Authentication & authorisation: JWT, OAuth, RBAC. Following OWASP best practices, without custom crypto experiments.
Background jobs (Celery, RQ, BullMQ) for async workloads — with dead-letter queue and retry logic.
Observability: structured logging, tracing, metrics (OpenTelemetry). You see problems before customers report them.
Load test setup (k6 or Locust) plus a defensible statement: "handles X requests/sec at Y% latency".

Jedes Mandat wird auf Scope, Reifegrad und Zeithorizont individuell kalkuliert. Wir arbeiten projektbasiert mit Festpreis, tagesbasiert mit transparenten Tagessätzen (Junior bis Senior) oder als Retainer-Modell.

Festpreis pro Phase mit definierter Definition of Done. Bevorzugt für klar abgegrenzte Scopes.
- Tagesbasiert
Tagessätze gestaffelt nach Senioritätslevel — Junior, Mid, Senior, Principal. Transparente Abrechnung.

Fester Stundenkontingent pro Monat. Sinnvoll für Operate-Phasen oder Fractional-Lead-Mandate.
