    Who's in the room? What's their background? What's the goal? We build the curriculum after this call, not before.

    Delivery

    Two days on-site or remote. Theory gets 30% of the time, hands-on gets 70%. Breaks are not optional.

  3. 03

    Follow-up

    4 weeks later: a 2-hour session on how it's going in practice. What's working, where's it stuck?

Honorar & Modelle

Jedes Mandat wird auf Scope, Reifegrad und Zeithorizont individuell kalkuliert. Wir arbeiten projektbasiert mit Festpreis, tagesbasiert mit transparenten Tagessätzen (Junior bis Senior) oder als Retainer-Modell.

  • Projektbasiert

    Festpreis pro Phase mit definierter Definition of Done. Bevorzugt für klar abgegrenzte Scopes.

  • Tagesbasiert

    Tagessätze gestaffelt nach Senioritätslevel — Junior, Mid, Senior, Principal. Transparente Abrechnung.

  • Retainer

    Fester Stundenkontingent pro Monat. Sinnvoll für Operate-Phasen oder Fractional-Lead-Mandate.
